Changes Counseling is committed to clients, assisting them throughout their treatment, while remaining sensitive, respectful, and empathetic to their individual needs. Our goal is to enhance individual and family functioning by providing the most effective treatment available.


MEET THE PROVIDERS

Chris Smalley, Director, LCMHC

(Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Master’s Degree)

With an extensive background in thought-field therapy, Chris serves as the clinical director. His specialties include spirituality, substance abuse treatment, and domestic dispute. He has previous clinical experience in both in-patient and out-patient settings, providing insight to client needs.

Lincoln Norton, LCSW

(Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Master’s Degree)

As both a fluent English and Spanish-speaking therapist, Lincoln specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy. He has experience working with a variety of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance abuse, narcissism, and chronic pain. In his free time, Lincoln enjoys following the stock market, reading, spending time with loved ones, and exercising.

Jeff Wade, LCMHC

(Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Master’s Degree)

Described as a realist, Jeff specializes in motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy. He has been practicing with Changes Counseling for 11 years and oversees the Moral Reconation Therapy program.

Holli Crosby, LCMHC

(Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Master’s Degree)

In addition to her master’s degree, Holli is also a Licensed Professional Chaplain and Certified Life Coach. Holli’s goal is to help clients cultivate motivation for change and healing. She believes everyone has a life story that may need new and healthy chapters to match their higher, authentic self. She specializes in addiction, depression, grief, trauma, self-esteem building, faith transition, spirituality, inner child healing, and LGBTQ issues.

Claire Remund, CSW-Intern

(Clinical Social Worker Intern, Master’s Degree)

Passionate about creating a safe space for her clients, Claire’s work relies on empathy and compassion to help you as you navigate through complex life events. She has experience in substance abuse, domestic violence, anxiety and depression, couples therapy, life changes, anger management, and group therapy with a background in psychology and social work. 

Casey Moore, MFT-Intern

(Marriage & Family Therapy Intern, Master’s Degree)

With a dual degree in clinical casework and marriage/family therapy, Casey specializes in child and family services. She has experience addressing systemic trauma, high-conflict divorce cases, and alienation. She is passionate about helping those facing PTSD, psychosis, and complex-PTSD as a result of family conflict.
